As one of the largest Hewlett-Packard support partners in the UK, we are proud of our customer service and support record. Waverley has many years of experience in delivering value-added services with our aim to ensure that the investment in your I.T. Infrastructure is fully maximised. We are experienced in dealing with large and complex IT implementations and are able to supply tailored support plans ranging from simple maintenance contracts to a fully managed service and disaster recovery plans.
In doing so, we work with leading application software providers, complementing their support services with our own focused expertise. We fully understand the support needs of our customers in a heterogeneous computing environment, we are therefore able to offer multi vendor support contracts covering all aspects of the I.T. Infrastructure. Through our helpdesk, customers also have a one-stop shop for placing hardware, software or network infrastructure fault calls, or for just seeking advice on a particular issue.
