Managed Service

The Waverley Managed Service takes a flexible approach to providing additional I.T. skills and resources in partnership with the customer’s in-house I.T. staff.

Should the customer require specialist I.T. skills and resources, or simply wish to devolve responsibility for the efficient running of the system to an external agency, Waverley can provide a remote management service. We will take full responsibility for the daily routine running of the system, ensuring that the system administration function is managed and that all routine tasks are automated. This is a very efficient and cost-effective alternative to a full Facilities Management contract, whereby the specialist skills and resources of our technical consultants supplement and support the skills of the in-house I.T. staff.
